1.Make at least one meal for dinner each week that I can also take for lunch
2.Take a daily probiotic

5. Pet or brush Iris for at least 5 minutes every day
6. Quit chewing gum that contains artificial sweeteners
7. Clean the house after work on the last day of my work-week
8. Work out at the gym at least twice a week during the rainy season
9. Eat a cup of blueberries at least 3 times a week
10. Brush my teeth after dinner to prevent unnecessary snacking
11. Try at least one new recipe a week
12. Get a referral for a new massage therapist
13. Teach at least 4 cooking classes this year
14. Read one book a week
15. Eat a handful of nuts at least 4 times per week
16. Make a list of words that I overuse (at least 5) and find synonyms to replace them with
17. Check the Skin Deep database for safety information on body care products before I purchase them. Avoid products that receive a rating higher than 4.
18. Ride my bike to work at least 2 times per week during the sunny season
19. I will not check my work email on my days off
20. I will take better care of my feet by giving myself a pedicure once a month
21. To show Zach how much I love and appreciate him, I will give him a back or foot rub once a week
22. I will drive my car once a week
23. I will wear a hat or put sunblock on my part when I am spending significant time in the sun
24. I will wear a daily sunscreen on my face, chest, and arms
25. Read 4 books from the little free library this year
26. Find a way to get sunblock on the spots on my back that I can't reach or keep my back covered
27. Eat quinoa at least twice a week
28. Find a decent dance dvd and learn some moves
29. Add a second yoga workout to my weekly routine
30. Try at least one new activity before the end of the year
31. Have guests over for dinner at least every other month
32. I will give up beer for one month (somehow I forgot to add this one, so it got out of order on the list- it should have been #29)
33. East at least one sweet potato or yam a week
34. Eat an apple every day until the end of the year
35. See a dermatologist before the end of the year
36. Don't drink a mid-morning coffee at work for a month to reduce stress
37. Take a daily vitamin D supplement
38.Swim at the YMCA at least once before the end of the year
39. Eat a tomato 3 times a week
40, Use 10lb weights for my primary arm exercises, doing 3 sets of 8 reps for each exercise
41. Cook at least 2 dishes with mushrooms before the end of the year
42. Use my unused pressure cooker at least once before the end of the year
43. Take or send a care package to someone who needs it
44. Contact a social service organization about volunteering
45. When I start to feel anxious, I will tell myself "Do the best you can and don't worry". I will also go and look at the postcard that says this on my refrigerator if I'm at home.
46. Figure out what is causing the pain in my neck and get it resolved ASAP
47. Try to use/reuse things I already have before buying new things
48, Download new music at least once per month
49. Delete app for checking work email from my phone
50. Limit the amount of time I spend looking at the internet in bed to 10 minutes per night
51. Go to a church before the end of the year
52. Give up cow's milk, cow's milk yogurt, and cow's milk ice cream for one month
