Last year, I used this blog as a way to keep track of 52 positive changes I made to my physical and mental health. I focused on doing one new thing each week so that I wouldn't feel overwhelmed by trying to change everything at once. This method worked really well for me, and I had a great time keeping track of the changes I made. I especially had fun trying out new recipes that add healthier foods to my diet, so In 2014, I plan to use this blog to continue sharing recipes and kitchen tips. I also want to continue writing about health, gratitude, appreciation, and enjoying life.
