Why This Blog?

 I often find that I am super motivated to make positive changes to my health at the beginning of the year. I start doing all of the things in January that I should have been doing all year, and then by March I'm hardly doing any of them. This year, I decided to take a different approach and just try adding one or two positive changes each week. Every goal will be a simple way that I can improve my physical or mental health. I hope that by only trying to make one or two changes a week, I can actually incorporate the changes I have made into my life for the long-term.  By then end of the year, I hope to have documented at least 52 ways that I improved my health in 2013.
